Hi dolls, yes we offer local delivery daily in New Orleans. You can select a time slot when checking out, If you live more than 11 miles from our Gentilly suite you won't see the option for local delivery. Please remember some one must be home to sign for your delivery with a valid id. Also you must complete your id verification before delivery is made. This is for your protection, and ours.
Shipping is 2-3 business days , We also offer next day shipping through UPS. Glamour Me Hair is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped.

Products in unused condition can be returned with three days of purchase. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only . Refunds are not permitted.

After receiving your hair, Please carefully check the quality. If there are any problems please contact us immediately. We will exchange it, but it can't be tampered with or worn. For example bleaching, washing, or applying any chemicals. We will not be able to exchange the hair because we can't confirm that the hair quality was the issue.
